Review:

We start this volume in a fire, and we end it in a disaster.
Upon meeting Princess Kouren, Yona discovers another princess who's had to take control of a situation forced upon her. Kouren has taken a very different ideal than Yona has, though, and is instead angry and has revenge plans on her mind. It's an interesting contrast, and possibly an example that Yona needs, to see another female taking power when she needs to.
But I don't like Kouren in any way because of how she is treating my poor baby dragons. I can't stand the state that they're left in at the end of this volume, it makes me so terribly upset, and I can't say any more without ruining it. In the midst of this, Yona is already starting to act weird around Hak, realizing her feelings for him, when they end up alone together. It has some cute moments, but also I think there are some very important scenes coming.
This volume was good in the middle, and then it crushed me at the end. I don't want to wait for the next one.
