Goodreads Synopsis:
In this stunning bridge book between Cress and Winter in the bestselling Lunar Chronicles, Queen Levana’s story is finally told.
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Who is the fairest of them all?
Fans of the Lunar Chronicles know Queen Levana as a ruler who uses her “glamour” to gain power. But long before she crossed paths with Cinder, Scarlet, and Cress, Levana lived a very different story – a story that has never been told . . . until now.
Marissa Meyer spins yet another unforgettable tale about love and war, deceit and death. This extraordinary book includes full-color art and an excerpt from Winter, the next book in the Lunar Chronicles series.

Why?:
I’m honestly not all that excited for
this book. I just… I don’t like Levana. I don’t care about her at all. I
respect her as a villain, because she’s a very well written character. But I
also just don’t like her. I don’t want to read a full novel about her.
But I will. I’ve already pre-ordered it.
Because it’s part of this series, and I love this series. I will of course be
reading it, and I’m open to my opinion changing, to finding out more about her.
A well-rounded character is always worth reading about. Even if you hate them.
Plus, given her other books, this will give a better view of her, and I’m sure
it will be enjoyable to read.
Really, though, I want to get to Winter already, oh god please.
What are you looking forward to? Does
this one sound good?
